Pa-Rega (pronounced PAH-REH-gah) is a village on one of the western islands of the Salt Spring Archipelago. Originally a settlement of the Bara-Me-Naru Fanakara people, the Fjarri conquered it after their arrival in the archipelago in the early Y9800s. Today most of the Bara-Me-Naru, or their descendants, have fled, leaving the Fjarri the overwhelming majority of the small seaside village.
