Meria Munia is the commander of the Orange Lotus Fleet, one of the pirate factions within the Blacksand League. Born and raised within the Blacksand Archipelago, Munia joined a pirate crew at a young age. Quickly becoming a devotee and cleric of Besmara, Munia follows the pirate goddess' codes closely and insists that all crews under her command do the same.
