Tarchon Lasa (pronounced TAR-con LAH-sah) is an Oscan general who retained control of the northern city of Tasha after Oscan was overwhelmed by the undead. Since Y9940* he has led the remainder of the Oscan military to protect the survivors of the city, which has been fortified to keep out the constant undead threat. Lasa views himself as the legitimate ruler of Oscan after the kingdom's former monarch, Verore the Unready disappeared decades ago.
Lasa tolerates no insubordination or dissent, as he believes his leadership to be the only factor preventing Tasha from being overrun. He has goals to eventually cleanse Oscan of the undead hordes that now roam the nation, though at present the struggles of Tasha keep him and the remnant of the Oscan army preoccupied.
