Charsis Sedasa (pronounced CHAR-sis seh-DAH-sah) is a Yurukanite scholar hailing from a landed aerolith near Lake Ilithiia. While she considers herself something of a polymath, her primary academic focus has been on the ethnography of the various tribes and peoples of Abanir, an interest she has explored through traveling the steppe and spending time with many disparate groups. Sedasa's keen academic interest is blunted only by her disdain for the cultures of the peoples she studies, who she nearly universally views as beneath and primitive to her own. Though she rarely expresses such views openly, in multiple occasions in the past she has been forced to leave encampments in which she had stayed for some time after her notes were discovered by those none too keen to have their beliefs and traditions slighted.
