The people of Rhax remain culturally quite close to the island dwellers to the west. This is immediately obvious to any visitor to the city, which is built in distinctly [[Hellea|Hellean]] styles of architecture. There is a sizable aquatic population as well, and a corresponding underwater district to Rhax, a rarity elsewhere in Viridia but not atypical amongst the [[Ten Thousand Islands]].
