== Location ==
The most ancient of minotaur legends place their homeland around the [[Dragonpeak River]] in far-western [[Viridia]], stories confirmed by the discoveries of antiquarians and other scholars, yet they are today best associated with [[Magnia]], where many of their tribes still live. Over the millennia they established communities as far west as [[Whale Bay]], with a particularly large concentration around the [[Galevo River]]. As many find it difficult to compete in the fast-paced, [[human]]-dominated world of central and southern [[Hellea]], in more recent centuries many minotaur tribes have taken the [[Asterian Trail]] to the northern side of the [[Sentinel Peaks]] where they have founded new, thriving settlements.

Though smaller numbers have found their way around the [[Three Great Seas]], most minotaurs still live either in or in close proximity to Hellea.
