Mangana's Court has no fixed location. Instead, it moves to follow its leader wherever he decides to venture.

== Interests and activities ==
More than anything else, Mangana seeks wealth and recognition as the rightful king of the Western Coast. He has found exceptionally few people willing to accept his rule. Any that refuse Mangana's extortionary calls for fealty and taxes have their houses destroyed - personally, if they particularly upset him.

== Notable individuals ==
Aside from Lord Mangana, the membership of the Court varies somewhat. All members of the Court are constructs created specifically by Mangana to act as servants, advisors, or both.

The overwhelming majority of Mangana's constructs are mindless. Most are designed to cause damage in the event that his "subjects" defy his "lawful orders". A small handful, however, are granted sentience:
