Yawad Hava (pronounced yah-WAD HAH-vah) is the commander of the Lost Winds, one of the pirate factions within the Blacksand League. Originally from the port city of Avaris that joins the Chaska and Kilche seas, Hava turned to piracy by first stealing the Khapeshan warship he would later rename the Strange Things of the South.
The highly charismatic Hava gradually collected disparate and misfit pirates around him, eventually forming the Lost Winds. The otherwise completely disorganized and undisciplined faction is held together entirely by Hava's personality and force of will.
